SPECIALIST HOMELESSNESS SERVICES PROTOCOLS BETWEEN THE DEPARTMENT FOR CHILD PROTECTION AND OTHER GOVERNMENT AGENCIES
The National Affordable Housing Agreement (NAHA) (formerly known as SAAP), and the National Partnership Agreement on Homelessness (NPAH) are joint Commonwealth and State Government agreements that provide specialist homelessness services to assist people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, including those who become homeless as the result of domestic violence.
Protocols acknowledge agreements between the Department and other government services providing services to a mutual client group.
